A FREE GUIDE FOR DOG OWNERS
Hello!Your dog is holding tension. You just don't know where yet.
A short, gentle guide to the five places dogs carry stress most and how to ease them with your own hands, at home, tonight.
What you'll learn
The five spots. Neck, shoulders, lower back, hips, and the one almost nobody checks.
How to find them. What tight muscle actually feels like under your hand, versus normal.
What to do about it. Simple, safe pressure you can apply without any training.
When to stop. The signals that mean your dog has had enough — and the ones that mean it's time to call your vet.
Who's behind this
I'm Margherita, a licensed massage therapist and certified canine massage therapist in Connecticut. I work in people's homes, on their floors, with their dogs — seniors, athletes, post-surgical rehab cases, anxious rescues, and plenty of perfectly healthy dogs whose people just want them to feel good.
Most of the tension I find, owners had already noticed. They just didn't have a name for it, or permission to touch it. This guide is the part I wish every dog owner knew before I walked in the door.
